Terms and Conditions King8 — Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "Player") and king8 ("Platform", "We", "king8"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the king8 website at https://king8.live, including all services, games, features, and content available therein.

By accessing or using any part of the King8 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or claiming any bonus — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, understood its contents, and agree to comply with all terms set out herein.

2. Member Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player is allowed to have one account only at king8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 8. Account Closure

Closure by Member: You may close your King8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any available balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions). Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Closure by king8: King8 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any term in this Agreement.
• King8 has reasonable grounds to believe your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, King8 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Should the investigation confirm fraud, the balance may be fully forfeited.
